Prices
At Asgardr, all prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and stated including VAT but excluding delivery costs. We reserve the right to change prices daily without prior notice. We also reserve the right for sold-out items.
Payment
Asgardr accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, and Bank Transfer. Payment for the order is only withdrawn from your account when the item is dispatched unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. We reserve the right for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Asgardr uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring a completely secure connection.
Delivery
Asgardr aims to dispatch orders placed before 12 PM on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
We deliver throughout Denmark. Shipping prices start from 45 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided during the order process.
We do not deliver abroad, nor to the Faroe Islands or Greenland.
Your order will be shipped via PostNord or GLS.
Note: If the designated pickup location is full, your package will be redirected to the nearest pickup point, and you will be notified accordingly. If any issues arise, please contact customer service.
We deliver on all business days, and your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days after purchase.
Certain products have special delivery terms, which will be specified before purchase.
Warranty – Private Customers Only
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. You may have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must make a claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Asgardr will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept packages sent via cash-on-delivery (COD).
Warranty – Business Customers Only
Asgardr provides a 12-month warranty against defects and faults in the sold products. Asgardr may choose to remedy any defects by repair, replacement, or refunding the purchase amount.
Defects caused by improper/unsuitable storage or use are not covered by this warranty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to repair rather than replace an item where feasible.
Refunds
If a refund is required, please provide your bank details (registration and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided via email or another electronic method, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for the refund process.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The withdrawal period is calculated from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You receive the last item in physical possession when multiple items ordered together are delivered separately or in multiple shipments.
- You receive the last batch or part when purchasing goods consisting of multiple parts.
- You receive the first item in regular deliveries of goods over a defined period.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
You must notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of purchase and return the item within 14 days after notifying us. Notification should be sent via email to info@asgardr.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to receive the package without providing explicit notice.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following item types are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Items manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
- Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Items where the seal has been broken.
- Items that are part of a larger batch.
