Refund policy

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. The withdrawal must be notified to us via email at info@asgardr.dk. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning an item, you must ensure that it is properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.

We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are only liable for any decrease in the item's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you may test the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you may receive only part of or none of the purchase amount, depending on the item's market value at the time of return. To receive a full refund, you must test the item without actually putting it into use.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will naturally receive a refund of the amount you paid to us.

If there is a decrease in value for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the refund.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it.
